I've been trying to start this blog for weeks and just haven't been able to figure out what to say. It amazes me how people write these really nice blogs. I think it's because I have to talk about myself which is something I always have trouble doing.
Anyway, I wanted to post something that I've done creatively, but not just the usual beads. These bookmarks are made of polymer clay and employ a group of techniques to get this look. There are inks, mica powders, liquid clay, texture plates and canes all combined on these. I thought they'd sell but there wasn't much interest, which really surprised me. It just goes to prove you can't predict what people will like.
